We offered possible solutions, cash flow was key and all scenarios beside trustee action meant that the blood pressure was still high. We did what the client asked, even though it was not optimal and we put our reasoning down in writing.

The client then had further problems and cascaded.
It is a very long story. Client was upset and did not see way out.
We said it was clear, it was a two step process. Schedule A banks have a lot of fine print about when they will not do a mortgage because of credit. Having said this, a major bank did do it and the client is totally a new person. Never looked back.
The client got fixed 18 months before they even thought possible.
